Power Concepts is offering two business courses on March 13, 2020 in Kelowna, BC. These two hour workshops are extra to the convention program, however they will help you to put your Best Foot Forward in your day-to-day business management!

OUTLOOK STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT
Tired of living in your Inbox? Maybe you shouldn’t be there. Learn how to create a powerful time management dashboard in Outlook that will show you all that you need to do on one screen and allow you to manage your priorities and schedule. Learn key setting changes in Outlook and a handful of keyboard shortcuts that can eliminate 100’s of mouse clicks per day and keep you more focused on what is most important in your day and better manage and delegate work.

USING EXCEL TO COLLECT, ANALYZE AND PRESENT DATA
Need to collect and report on data and struggling with the best way to organize it? Learn important considerations for the best ways to collect data in Excel. Learn how to set up the data collection with picklists and other tools to ensure clean data. Once the data is collected learn how to filter and summarize data with PivotTables and to make interactive graphs and charts.

PRESENTATION STYLE
All presentations will be a hands-on exercise with two instructors. Participants will be guided through learning these valuable tools and leave with reference material.

PRESENTER INFO
Frank Byl is a Microsoft Master Instructor with over 20 years of training and managing with PowerConcepts. Frank grew up in Burnaby, BC and after graduating from SFU in 1984, taught high school for 14 years before starting PowerConcepts in 1998. Since then he has helped thousands of corporate, government, small business and individuals gain confidence and new skills in Microsoft applications. In 2013, PowerConcepts adopted Office 365 and since then has been implementing the SharePoint tools internally and for clients.

Classes are limited to 20 people in each workshop.

Laptop computers for use in the classroom will be provided.
