The Board of Directors will undertake a bylaw review during 2014, in advance of the 2015 Annual General Meeting. Bylaw reviews are undertaken every couple of years in order to ensure member’s interests
are protected. Any member in good standing may bring forth a suggestion for bylaw reform to be presented for approval at the next AGM.
