The Interior Health Authority has released two documents that impact Authorized Persons. The first document is an outline of what to expect with front counter submissions. Basically, it is notification that front counter submissions will no longer be reviewed while the AP waits. Instead, the submission will get entered into the system to be reviewed in order of receipt along with online submissions. According to the document, this could entail a wait of two to three weeks. The second document outlines the policies and procedures for submitting a filing.
