WCOWMA-BC is pleased to offer Maintenance Provider Training on Vancouver Island on January 16 – 20, 2015.  The Maintenance Provider Training Program is offered through WCOWMA-BC’s partnership with the National Association of Wastewater Technicians, which is recognized across North America. The training has been designed to comply with the BC SSR and the SPM.
WCOWMA has made a full accreditation submission to ASTTBC for formal approval of WCOWMA training leading to ASTTBC certification. The accreditation process is underway and pending. ASTTBC has agreed to work with WCOWMA to make certain that the planned training will meet ASTTBC requirements. In recognition of the difficulty in gaining practical experience to enhance the classroom training, the training component will include live site visits and hands on maintenance practice. Registration for this training program is now open.
