Dave joined the WCOWMA-BC Board at the 2019 AGM in Nanaimo, BC. He currently lives in the Kootenays.

I was born in 1947 in England and have been moving west my whole life.

In the 1980\’s I earned a Bachelor of Science at the University of Calgary. Upon graduation, jobs were scarce so I entered the construction trades as an excavating contractor to the City of Calgary Waterworks and Sewage dept.

Since moving to the Kootenays in 1996 I have continued my business (Steel Wheels) and in 2005 went wholly into the sewerage industry. I have been actively mentoring my son and three others in the construction side but am now primarily interested in promoting the maintenance business.
