The Ministry of Health (Ministry) is seeking proposals from qualified Proponents to review and revise the current draft of the Standard Practice Manual Version 3 (SPM V3), to address outstanding technical issues, and to develop a final draft for consultation with the public and practicing Authorized Persons under the Sewerage System Regulation (SSR).

The work will be conducted by a technical team commissioned by the contractor.
