SPM Version 3 To Be Reviewed At Convention

A draft of Version 3 of the Standard Practice Manual has now been released for industry stakeholder review and comment. WCOWMA-BC is pleased to host the developer of this document, Jim Andersen at the annual convention on March 2 & 3 in Kelowna, B.C.

Jim will present a discussion of the general directions of the SPM revision project currently underway. Limited portions of the current ‘work – in progress’ will be shown. Proposed initiatives to make the SPM more user friendly, and in some cases to reduce the cost of systems will be presented.

Delegates will have an opportunity to learn about key changes to the document and to provide their feedback and observations in an open forum discussion.

Stakeholders wishing to review a copy of SPM V3 prior to convention should contact the WCOWMA-BC office.
