Waste Not, Watt More! Making Resource Recovery from Wastewater Happen in BC (BCWWA)

The BCWWA is hosting the following event:

This event will bring together speakers from across BC to present research findings, policy information and application examples of how to best produce and manage energy from wastewater and other water sources. Speakers and case studies from south of the border will offer out-of-province perspective and stimulate discussion on the possibilities for energy management and production in BC.

Training

WCOWMA-BC provides excellent training opportunities for those working in the onsite wastewater industry, whether already engaged in the industry or planning to enter it. The Onsite Wastewater Practitioner Training Program provides a solid base for those wishing to work as Planners and/or Installers.

This program is recognized in the Western Provinces through the New West Partnership (formerly TILMA) and federally through the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Additional field and classroom training sessions are available for continuing education purposes. For information on upcoming training opportunities, contact the WCOWMA-BC office.
