A representative from WCOWMA-BC will participate as part of a panel discussion on Sustainable Wastewater Management as part of the Building Sustainable Communities Conference hosted by The Fresh Outlook Foundation.

The conference takes place in Kelowna from February 27 to March 1, with the wastewater program being presented on February 28, 2012.

WCOWMA-BC promotes environmentally sustainable onsite wastewater systems.  Onsite wastewater systems that are properly designed, installed and maintained are a viable long term solution for the treatment and dispersal of wastewater providing a solution that protects public health and safety and the environment.
